Installation of water pumps:
a. Confirm whether the size of the inlet is appropriate before installation
b. The outlet of the cable shall be preset for wiring; the cable shall be mounted properly after the installation of the pump is finished.
c. The distance from the pump inlet to the tank wall shall be over 50cm at least.
d. The weight of the outlet pipeline shall not press on the pump, it shall be supported and mounted properly.
e. Check whether the voltage and frequency conforms to the mark on the nameplate before the installation of the pump.
f. Do not change the cable length randomly, and do not submerge the cable joint into water.
g. Cables and chains shall be fixed respectively so as to avoid the cable from being damaged due to pull when lifting the pump.
h. The float switch of the level control shall be installed to make the pump operate automatically and to ensure the height of the water in the tank not lower than water lever safety line. The float device shall not be close to the inlet of the tank water to ensure stable operation of the pump.
